There being no objection, it was so ordered. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 as amended was adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Croft: Page 1, line 12, following "AS 28.20": Insert "or is more than 30 days late on their car payments" Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Meyer objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
